Happy New Year and Tight Lines from Top Gear Fishing Charters. The Bities are starting to turn up in ever increasing number. Mackeral, Mahi Mahi, Tuna and Black Marlin, no Wahoo yet but can’t be far away. Trag Jew, Tailor and Blue Spot Flatties are biting well with a few Snapper, Pearlies and Tusk fish on the chew as well. Spottie Mackeral have been around in good numbers. Guys, fishing etiquette does exist and backing up on boats while they are drift fishing is not a good look, also don’t anchor on somebodies drift, just think how you would feel before doing it to someone else is always a good start.
